If a student is unable to attend their registered course date they MUST contact the Cascade Training Center 48-hours prior to the course start time to transfer their registration to another date. You can reach training center staff anytime by calling 916-905-0030. 

TEXTBOOKS: 

Contact your direct supervisor for instructions on how to obtain a student manual.  At the conclusion of the course, student manuals must be returned to the individual dedicated by your location.  If a student fails to return the student manual, the location will be responsible for the cost of replacement.  If a student fails to attend their scheduled course without first properly notifying the training center, their supervisor will be notified and the location will be responsible for incurred fees.
