TO REGISTER, FOLLOW YOUR PRO TRANSPORT-1 PROCEDURE FOR REQUESTING EDUCATION TIME. ONCE REQUEST HAS BEEN APPROVED FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW.

YOU WILL NEED THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION TO PROCEED.

1. Voucher Code* from Training Manager. Codes are available from your Training Manager.
   Contact the Training Manager at (707) 975-2740 or via email at trainingcoordinators@protransport-1.com.
2. Employee ID
3. Supervisor's Name
4. Station Location
5. Personal Contact Information including your email address. This address is where we will send your confirmation and all elearning materials.

*If you do not have a voucher code or you are not a Pro Transport-1 team member you will have the option to sign up with your personal credit card. A receipt will be sent to the email address that you enter during the registration process.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you are unable to attend a registered course date you MUST contact the Cascade Training Center 48-hours prior to the course start time to transfer your registration to another date. You can reach training center staff by calling toll free at (877) 277-6778. If you do not attend your course without first providing the training center with proper notification, Pro Transport-1 can hold you responsible for any incurred fees.

TEXTBOOKS

The American Heart Association requires all students to have the most current version the the AHA curriculum-specific provider manual available before, during and after the course.
