TO REGISTER YOU WILL NEED:
1. Employee ID Number (For this field please enter the last 4 of your social security number on the registration page.)
2. Managers Name
3. Personal contact information including email address

• You will receive a confirmation email after registration is complete.
• If using your work email to register, please register with your @multicare.org email as your @yvmh.org may not correctly forward.
• Due to recent changes in Outlook, please check your junk folder for correspondence from Cascade and AHA, ENA, or AAP.
  

Employees may attend at ANY location & date combination listed (you are not required to attend at your hospital).

Please get codes from Training Education & Managment

• If you do not have a coupon code you will have the option to sign up with your personal credit/debit card
• If you are an Agency Nurse or Allied Contractor, please select "I do not have a coupon code" and you will be able to register with your credit/debit card.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If a student is unable to attend their registered course date they MUST contact the Cascade Training Center 48-hours prior to the course start time to transfer registration to another date.  

Yakima Valley Memorial will NOT authorize payment for other courses if the student does not follow the cancellation policy.
