TO REGISTER YOU WILL NEED:
1. TPC Number
2. Managers Name
3. Personal contact information including email address

• You will receive a confirmation email after registration is complete.

Available Redemption Codes:
Please get codes from your education department or manager.

• If you do not have a coupon code you will have the option to sign up with your personal credit/debit card
• If you are an Agency Nurse or Allied Contractor, please select "I do not have a coupon code" and you will be able to register with your credit/debit card.
• Employees may attend at ANY location & date combination listed (you are not required to attend at your clinic).

CANCELLATION POLICY
If a student is unable to attend their registered course date they MUST contact the Cascade Training Center 48 hours prior to the course start time to transfer registration to another date.  

Optum will NOT authorize payment for other courses if the student does not follow the cancellation policy.
