TO REGISTER, FOLLOW YOUR DEPARTMENT'S PROCEDURE FOR REQUESTING TIME OFF OR CONTINUING EDUCATION TIME (CET).

ONCE REQUEST HAS BEEN GRANTED FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW. 

TO REGISTER YOU NEED: 

1. Coupon Code provided by your manager or education department 
2. Employee number
3. Manager's name
4. Personal contact information including your Dignity email address* 
5. You will receive a confirmation email after registration is complete.

*Dignity Health volunteers can use personal email address with the proper coupon code.

CANCELLATION POLICY: 

If a student is unable to attend their registered course date they must contact the Cascade Training Center 48-hours prior to the course start time to transfer registration to another date.

TEXTBOOKS:

The American Heart Association requires each student to have access to the current AHA BLS Provider manual for the course.

Check with your manager to see if your department has loaner books or contact the Collaborative Learning Center at 916-733-6330.
