FOLLOW YOUR DEPARTMENT'S PROCEDURE FOR REQUESTING TIME OFF/EDUCATION TIME. ONCE REQUEST HAS BEEN GRANTED FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW. YOU WILL NEED THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION TO PROCEED. 

TO REGISTER:

1. Use the Coupon Code provided by your manager. 
2. Your IT Login (Use this in place of "employee number").
3. Your Manager's name. 
4. Personal contact information including email address. 
5. You will receive a confirmation email after registration is complete.

TEXTBOOKS: 

All students must have access to the current appropriate AHA course textbook for their individual use during and after the course. You may order ACLS and PALS textbooks during the registration process. If you select "Ship my book to me before class," any materials you purchase will be shipped to the address that you provide 2 business days following your registration. If you do not elect to purchase shipping, your materials will be waiting for you to pick up at your class. 

The Portland Clinic (TPC) provides Basic Life Support (BLS) books to you as a free rental. Please be sure you check a book out, at least one (1) week in advance, by contacting the Branch Manager at your home location. Upon conclusion of the course, BLS books must be returned to the Branch Manager.
