TO REGISTER YOU NEED:
1. Voucher Code from your manager
2. Employee Number
3. Manager Name
4. Personal contact information including email address
5. You will receive a confirmation email after registration is complete.

*If you do not have a redemption code you will have the option to sign up with your personal credit card and a receipt will be sent to the email address that you enter during the registration process

*If you are an Agency Nurse or Allied Contractor, please select "I do not have a coupon code" and you will be able to register with your credit card.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
If a student is unable to attend their registered course date they MUST contact the Cascade Training Center 48-hours prior to the course start time to transfer registration to another date. FHS will NOT authorize payment for other courses if the student does not follow the cancellation policy.

TEXTBOOKS:
ACLS, PALS & PEARS course textbooks are available by contacting your Unit Based Educator. If you would like to purchase ACLS, PALS, or PEARS textbooks or the AHA ECC Handbook (pocket reference) for your own use, please contact the training center at 877-277-6778 to order.

TNCC and ENPC Courses: Current books are required and can be added to registration if you do not have a current textbook or E-Book.
